I need a paragraph or two explaining- solid reasoning why i can’t attend Southern Oregon University and why i cannot pay for the cancellation fee of 4,000 for the dorm.
(I was attending the university with a athletics scholarship but now that its time to pay they stated that they have no documentation in regards to me having a scholarship. I am not able to stay in school because i have no money to pay out of pocket and i don’t qualify for loans. I need a paragraph or two explaining my hardship and that i cant pay for no dorm cancellation fee.)
