Part A) Discuss the roles of the following personnel: database administrator, logical database designer, application developer, and end-users.
Part B) Discuss each of the functions (services) that should be included in a database management system. Then, explain which function(s) you feel would not be important in a single user (or small) database implementation, such as a standalone Access database operating on your computer? The expected length is 3-4 sentences per function (more content may be needed for certain functions) and another 2-3 paragraphs explaining those functions that may not be important for a personal DB.
