This discussion is designed to enhance your knowledge of inflation both in the U.S. and globally
STEP 1:Go to the ww.bls.gov
and find the Consumer Price Index for the last 2 years in the U.S.
STEP 2:Go to the World Bank website. www.worldbank.org.
Under the tab Data and Research, find the Consumer Price Index information for the country your chose in Chapter 2.
What has happened to the CPI or cost of living in “your country” in the past 10 years? (What has been the “trend”)
STEP 3: Do a little digging and see if you can find out WHY your country has experienced the rate of change they have experienced.
STEP 4:

B. Explain how the rate of change in prices in your country compares to that of the U.S.?
