For this assignment, you will reflect on the way you, and others, view and respond to the five types of conflict. Write a reflection paper that summarizes what you have learned from the week’s readings on conflict, and based on the five types of conflict. Recalling a specific time of conflict in an organization to which you work, or have previously worked, reflect on how each of the five types of conflict apply to your specific situation, or not, and based on what you currently understand about conflict resolution, offer suggestions for what you would do differently as an organizational leader.
